On-campus workshops
Regular sessions on the campus on lesson planning, classroom management, child-centred teaching and the CBSE assessment pattern, led by senior faculty and visiting trainers.
Online training
Online courses and webinars through the year keep teachers current with changes in the CBSE curriculum, new digital tools and the Mount Litera learning model.
Hands-on subject training
Science, maths and computer teachers train on the school’s own labs and smartboards, so that the equipment is used every week, not kept for inspection.
Pre-primary specialists
Nursery, LKG and UKG teachers are trained in play-based, activity-led learning for ages 3 to 6, with a focus on language, numbers and motor skills.
Coaches, not just PT teachers
Sports coaching in football, cricket, archery, table tennis and kickboxing is taken by trained coaches; yoga is taught every morning.
